What do we do?

Arapahoe High School Theatre performs three shows each year. Each show gives students the oppurtunity to act, create or even direct.

SCHOOL PLAY - THE BROTHERS GRIMM SPECTACULATHON

Our fall play focuses on acting ability. It features large, extravagent sets and lighting desings. We often perform popular shows perfect for everyone to come and enjoy!

The Brothers Grimm Spectaculathon hilariously combines many classic fairy tales into two hours of comedy. It will be presented in the AHS Theatre October 11-13, 2018.

SCHOOL MUSICAL - GREASE

The musical is our most popular performance, featuring large dance and singing numbers. All programs of the performing arts work together to put on this elaborate show.

Arapahoe Theatre will be presenting Grease January 17-19, 2019. The coming-of-age story features classic hits like "Summer Nights," "Greased Lightnin'," and "We Go Together" while bringing the story of 1950's greasers to the stage.

COMPANY SHOW - THE 39 STEPS
Adapted by Patrick Barlow from the novel by John Buchan and the movie by Alfred Hitchcock

The Company Show is performed by the elite, audition-only class at Arapahoe High School. It's a play that features the best-of-the-best in acting and technical design.

The 39 Steps, adapted from the famous Hitchcock film, features mysterious espionage, suspensful railroad capers, and a diverse set of characters with a different demanding challenges. Company will present this show on April 5 & 6, 2019.
